residential PROJECTS

  • We have completed hydraulic and mechanical design, modelling and documentation for all types of residential builds, including single dwellings, townhouse developments, social housing developments, new apartment complexes, and refurbishment projects for existing apartments, hotels and other accommodation units. We understand the space constraints imposed on plumbing and mechanical systems by modern architecture and can advise on how best to make sure the design intent is achievable.

commercial PROJECTS

  • Our team have experience in hydraulic and mechanical design, modelling and documentation for a range of commercial projects as well. We have worked on supermarkets, fast food outlets, multi building-multilevel office precincts, restaurant fit outs, laundromats, and retail outlets.

  • CINCT’s educational facility services experience includes the appropriate mechanical fit out of portable buildings for use as classrooms, services for new buildings housing Science, administration, modern learning blocks, tertiary student hubs, and digital learning blocks.

Healthcare PROJECTS

  • Healthcare projects have their own set of design considerations and features. CINCT has in house experience working with specialist designers modelling and coordinating hydraulic, mechanical, and medical gas designs to the high level of accuracy required. Projects include theatre refurbishments, radiology facilities and new build health centres.

Municipal | Community PROJECTS

  • The team at CINCT have worked extensively on churches, community centres, and clubrooms, as well as prominent large scale infrastructure projects. We understand the more structured process and documentation requirements, and are accustomed to working with them.
